How much does delivery cost?

• UK standard delivery is £2.90
• UK delivery for orders over £30 is FREE 
• For international shipping please contact us 

UK orders are dispatched with Hermes and are fully trackable. 

How long will my order take?

A lot of our products are made to order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days and Hermes usually deliver within 2-3 days (although we have had lots of local parcels delivered the same or next day). 

Can I cancel my order?

We start making your order as soon as we receive it so we can’t guarantee any cancellations. If you would like to amend or cancel your order please get in touch and we will assess your request. 

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

If your items arrive damaged or broken, please email us at hello@kelhamcandle.co.uk straight away with details and photos of the damage and we will look to resolve this for you as soon as possible. Although we will always try to replace or refund for the broken items, this will be at our discretion. 

Can I get a refund?

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please let us know and we will look to resolve this as soon as possible. If we decide a refund is necessary, items must be returned to us in the agreed timeframe and must be in the exact condition they were received. Buyers are responsible for return postage.
